Tender Notice For Open Sale Of Wheat

FCI, Assam Region invites Financial Bids from the bulk consumers empanelled with FCI of Assam for sale of 15855 MT wheat under OMSS(D) lying at various depots on “as is where is basis”. The minimum quantity of wheat for which a bid can be submitted would be 100 tonnes. The maximum quantity for which a tender can be submitted in a single tender would be 1000 tonnes. The details of depotwise quantity and monthwise rate is given below:
 

     The MTF embodying the terms and conditions can be obtained from the Regional Office, Assam Region, G.S Road, Ulubari, Ghy-7 within 3(three) days from the date of publication of NIT upto 14.00 hrs on all working days on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) or can be downloaded from FCI website www.fcinez.com & www.tenders.gov.in, in which case the cost of the tender form should be submitted by the tenderer i.e, Rs 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) in the form of D.D in favour of GM, FCI, Assam, Guwahati at the time of deposition of tender alongwith the earnest money @10% of the cost of the stock intended to purchased at FCI reserved price.

Date of Submission of Tenders with EMD	Up to 1.00 P.M on 19.12.2009
Date of Opening of the Tenders	19.12.09 at 2.00 P.M

FCI, reserves the right to accept or reject any tender at any time without assigning any reason.
