NOTICE INVITING TENDER NO.1 OF 2008-09

      Sealed Item/percentage rate Part-A&B tenders are invited on behalf of the FOOD CORPORATION OF INDIA for the following work from the approved Building Contractors registered in the appropriate Class with the Central P.W.D / State P.W.D / M.E.S / Railway / P&T and other public sector under takings of the Central Government / State Government who have satisfactory completed during the last five years at lest 3 works of Rs.10 lacs each in any of the organization listed in this NIT for registration. The intending tenders are also required to submit current Bank Solvency Certificate not older than one year from any Nationalized Bank /Seduce Bank for monitory limit of Rs.25 lacs.

Tender document (non-transferable) may be obtained from the office of the Asstt. General Manager(CE), Food Corporation of India, Regional Office, Guwahati-07, application with requisite documents which will be received upto 4.00 P.M on 07/07/2008 along with production of full particulars of work executed by them dully supported by sufficient documentary evidence, Bank Solvency certificate and valid sale Tax clearance certificate and tender form will be issued on 09/07/2008 payment of Rs,500/- (Rupees five hundred) only plus tax, if any.

Earnest Money in the form of Demand Draft or Banker Cheque in Nationalized / Scheduled Bank payable at Guwahati in favour of FOOD CORPORATION OF INDIA, must accompanied each tender, Tender not accompanied by earnest money in the prescribe form shall be summarily rejected.

Completed tenders will be received by the Asstt. General Manager (CE), FCI, Regional Office, Guwahati-07, G.S Road upto 2.00 P.M on 14/072008 and open on the same day at 2.30 P.M in presence of tenders or their authorized representatives.
