Sealed quotations are invited by the undersigned on behalf of the Food Corporation of India from the interested Firms/parties for supply of Bamboo mats to FSD/Ramnagar,Badarpurghat,Hailakandi & Haflong.

Terms & Conditions:-

1. The quotation must be accompanied with earnest money for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten thousand ) only in the form DD / Banker cheque of any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Food Corporation of India payable at Silchar.

2. The successful quotationer has to supply the required qtty.of Bamboo mats in good condition (Size 4X5) ft.at the destination point as and when necessary i.e FSD Ramnagar, Badarpurghat, Hailakandi , Haflong.

3. If the successful quotationer fail to supply Bamboo mats within the stipulated time, the earnest money so deposited, will be forfeited or the same will be supplied departmentally at the risk and cost of the supplier.

4. The terms of the contract will be applicable for one years.

5. The undersigned has reserved the right to cancel or accept the quotation without assigning any reasons thereof.

The sealed quotations from the interested parties/firms will be received up to 2 P.M. on 22/05/2009 at the Office of undersigned and same will be opened on the same day at 3 P.M. in presence of the quotationers/his authorized representatives.
