TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are hereby invited from the bonafide dealers of gunny bags
for supply of unpatched good quality SHS gunny bags of 50 Kg.capacity for
the depots at Ramnagar, Badarpurghat, Hailakandi and Haflong for the period
upto 31-3-10.
All the tenders should accompany an earnest money
Rs.5000.00(Rupees five thousand) only deposited in the form of D.D/DCR drawn
in favour of the Food Corporation of India, payable at Silchar. Tender
submitted without earnest money will be summarily rejected.
The rate per piece should be quoted both in
figure and word also should be inclusive of delivery to the above depots
according to necessity.
The tender should invariably accompany latest
Income Tax and Sales Tax Clearance Certificate from the Competent authority.
The tenders will be received in the office of the
Area Manager, Food Corporation of India, Steamerghat Road, Silchar-1 upto 2
PM on 13-07-09 and will be opened at 3.00 P.M. on the same date in presence
of the interested tenderers.
The Food Corporation of India reserves the right
to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
